1. Enrollment and Registration
By enrolling in any ZenX Digital course or program, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Pay the required fees before the course commencement date
- Adhere to the institute's code of conduct and policies
- Attend classes regularly and complete assignments on time
2. Fees and Payments
Our payment terms include:
- Course fees must be paid in full before the start date unless a payment plan is agreed upon
- We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and major credit/debit cards
- All fees are non-refundable except as specifically outlined in our refund policy
- Late payments may result in suspension of course access
3. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
- 100% refund if cancellation is made 15 days before course start date
- 50% refund if cancellation is made 7 days before course start date
- No refunds after course commencement
- Refunds will be processed within 15 working days
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials are protected:
- All course content, materials, and resources are property of ZenX Digital
- Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without permission
- Personal use of materials for learning purposes is permitted
- Commercial use of our materials requires written authorization
5. Student Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Maintain professional behavior at all times
- Respect instructors and fellow students
- Not engage in any form of harassment or discrimination
- Follow all institute policies and guidelines
- ZenX Digital reserves the right to dismiss any student for misconduct without refund
6. Certification
Our certification requirements:
- Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements
- Minimum 80% attendance is required for certification
- Students must complete all assignments and projects
- Certificates may be withheld for unpaid fees or disciplinary issues
7. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy:
- We collect only necessary personal information for educational purposes
- Student information will not be shared with third parties without consent
- We may use contact information to share course updates and promotions
- Students can opt-out of marketing communications at any time
8. Limitation of Liability
ZenX Digital is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Employment outcomes after course completion
- Technical issues beyond our control that may affect course delivery
- Changes in industry standards that may affect course relevance
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms:
- ZenX Digital reserves the right to modify these terms at any time
- Students will be notified of significant changes
- Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by:
- Indian laws and regulations
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Shimla courts
